Job summary

PT Citatah Tbk is seeking an Accounting Intern to support on-site finance activities in Jakarta. The role involves organizing finance data, reviewing payable listings, and assisting daily admin tasks within a fast-paced stone industry environment.

Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, be detail-oriented, and proficient with Excel. English communication is mandatory, Mandarin is a plus, and a personal laptop is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• Graduated or final-year student from a reputable / leading university (preferred)
• No ongoing university classes (coursework already completed)
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible
• Willing to work on-site in Jakarta
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Must have a personal laptop
• Able to communicate in English (mandatory)
• Able to communicate in Mandarin (preferred / a plus)
• Familiar with a fast-paced working environment is preferred
• Exposure to real finance data management and reporting

Responsibilities

• Organizing and tidying up finance-related data in the warehouse
• Reviewing and correcting outstanding listings/payables that need to be settled
• Supporting daily finance administrative tasks
• Exposure to real finance data management and reporting
