Job summary

You will lead cash flow analysis, AP/AR management, and treasury positioning while ensuring compliance and robust financial reporting.

The role requires 4–5 years in Finance Operations, with 2–3 years in a leadership capacity, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or Fiscal Administration.
• 4–5 years of experience in Finance Operations with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Proficient in Financial Reporting, Cash Management, ERP Systems (SAP), and Collection Management.
• Experience in handling multiple entities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Finance Operations performance, including cash flow, AP/AR aging, collection effectiveness, reconciliation, treasury positioning, and intercompany balances.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial, operational, payment infrastructure, and fraud risks across multi-industry finance operations.
• Prepare and review working capital, loan exposure, and operational finance reports for management decisions.
• Oversee AP validation, AR collection coordination, and daily treasury positioning to maintain liquidity.
• Review and approve significant payment transactions while ensuring compliance with policies.
• Monitor Finance Operations controls, including collection, payment governance, reconciliation, and intercompany activities.

• Monitor key Finance Operations controls, including collection, payment governance, reconciliation, corporate card, payment infrastructure, and intercompany activities, to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
