The role requires 4–5 years in Finance Operations, with 2–3 years in a leadership capacity, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or Fiscal Administration.
4–5 years of experience in Finance Operations with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
Proficient in Financial Reporting, Cash Management, ERP Systems (SAP), and Collection Management.
Experience in handling multiple entities is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze Finance Operations performance, including cash flow, AP/AR aging, collection effectiveness, reconciliation, treasury positioning, and intercompany balances.
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial, operational, payment infrastructure, and fraud risks across multi-industry finance operations.
Prepare and review working capital, loan exposure, and operational finance reports for management decisions.
Oversee AP validation, AR collection coordination, and daily treasury positioning to maintain liquidity.
Review and approve significant payment transactions while ensuring compliance with policies.
Monitor Finance Operations controls, including collection, payment governance, reconciliation, and intercompany activities.
