Asuransi Astra membuka lowongan untuk Finance Operation Officer bertanggung jawab mengawasi arus dana keluar masuk rekening perusahaan, memeriksa input di sistem, serta menjaga akurasi pembukuan harian dan bulanan. Peran mencakup internal control, QC, laporan keuangan, dan rekonsiliasi transaksi kredit.

Posisi ini bersifat on-site di Jakarta Selatan dengan fokus pada akuntansi/keuangan, diutamakan kandidat berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun dan lulusan S1 atau D3 terkait.

Qualifications

• Latar pendidikan minimal Diploma (D3) di akuntansi/ekonomi/finance atau bidang serupa.
• Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Excel dengan baik.
• Minimal pengalaman 2 tahun di bidang terkait.

Responsibilities

• Mengawasi arus dana masuk/keluar ke rekening perusahaan dan memeriksa data input di sistem.
• Melakukan internal control, QC, dan membuat laporan keuangan terkait.
• Melakukan pembukuan transaksi bank harian/bulanan dan laporan.
• Memeriksa data sistem, rekonsiliasi rekening kredit, dan dokumentasi transaksi kartu kredit.
• Memeriksa kelengkapan dokumen transaksi dan membuat laporan periodically.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Finance Operation Officer bertugas untuk melakukan pengawasan jumlah dana keluar dan masuk, ke/ dari rekening perusahaan, serta melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap data yang telah diinput di sistem.

Selain itu, Finance Operation Officer memiliki beberapa tanggung jawab, antara lain:

• Internal Control: Melakukan pemeriksaan, QC, serta membuat laporan keuangan terkait;

• Input System: Melakukan pembukuan terhadap setiap transaksi bank dengan tepat dan akurat, serta membuat laporan harian dan bulanan;

• Support & Credit Card Officer: Melakukan pengecekan data sistem, rekonsiliasi rekening Credit Card, serta dokumentasi transaksi credit card;

• Quality Assurance: Memeriksa kelengkapan dokumen transaksi, serta membuat laporan secara periodik.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:

• Minimal Pendidikan Diploma (D3): Akutansi/Ekonomi/Finance/Jurusan serupa

• Terbiasa menggunakan microsoft excel dengan baik

• Minimal pengalaman 2 tahun diutamakan
