Asuransi Astra membuka program magang untuk mahasiswa/fresh graduate yang ingin mendapatkan pengalaman nyata di industri asuransi. Peserta bergabung dalam talent pool magang dan ditempatkan sesuai kebutuhan divisi terkait.

Magang mencakup tugas operasional harian, dukungan laporan dan dokumentasi, serta proyek tim di bawah arahan mentor. Periode magang 3–6 bulan dengan uang saku, mentoring, dan peluang networking.

Qualifications

• Mahasiswa aktif selama periode magang.
• Bersedia mengikuti arahan mentor/atasan.
• Periode magang 3–6 bulan.
• Domisili Jabodetabek atau bersedia bekerja di area Jakarta jika diperlukan.

Responsibilities

• Membantu pelaksanaan tugas operasional harian di divisi penempatan.
• Mendukung penyusunan laporan, dokumentasi, dan administrasi.
• Berkontribusi dalam proyek atau inisiatif tim.
• Melakukan riset/analisis data sesuai kebutuhan divisi.
• Aktif berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait.

Asuransi Astra membuka program Internship untuk mahasiswa/fresh graduate yang ingin mendapatkan pengalaman kerja nyata di industri asuransi. Kandidat terpilih akan bergabung dalam talent pool magang kami dan akan ditempatkan sesuai kebutuhan divisi (Human Capital, Marketing, Finance, IT, Underwriting, Claim, dll) sesuai minat dan latar belakang pendidikan.

• Membantu pelaksanaan tugas operasional harian di divisi penempatan
• Mendukung penyusunan laporan, dokumentasi, dan administrasi
• Berkontribusi dalam proyek atau inisiatif tim sesuai arahan mentor/atasan
• Melakukan riset, analisis data, atau tugas lain sesuai kebutuhan divisi
• Aktif berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait

Minimum Qualifications

• Berstatus Mahasiswa Aktif selama periode internship
• Memiliki inisiatif tinggi, disiplin, dan kemauan belajar yang kuat
• Dibuka untuk semua jurusan
• Periode Magang yang dibutuhkan range 3 - 6 bulan
• Diutamakan berdomisili di Jabodetabek atau bersedia Work Form Office di area Jakarta jika dibutuhkan.
