Job summary

Asuransi Astra mencari Staff Compliance untuk membantu mendorong kepatuhan dan kelancaran sistem manajemen komplain di lingkungan perusahaan asuransi terkemuka. Posisi ini melibatkan pemantauan regulasi OJK dan pemrosesan administrasi untuk pihak eksternal maupun internal di kantor South Jakarta.

Fokus utama adalah kolaborasi tim, kemampuan analitis, dan keahlian MS Office tingkat lanjut. Kandidat memiliki latar belakang hukum, pengalaman 1–2 tahun, serta IPK 3.00 atau lebih.

Qualifications

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 di bidang terkait.
• IPK minimal 3.00.
• Jurusan: Legal.
• Pengalaman 1-2 tahun.
• Hard Skill: Expert MS Officer: Excel, Word, Power Point.

Responsibilities

• Membantu menjalankan Compliance Management System, dalam rangka

implementasi dan monitoring sistem Compliance di Asuransi Astra.

• Memantau peraturan terbaru di dalam website OJK serta mengunggah

peraturan terbaru tersebut ke dalam portal perusahaan.

• Membantu pembuatan Report yang digunakan untuk dasar analisis di

departemen Governance, Compliance & Legal.

• Melaksanakan proses administrasi yang berhubungan dengan pihak

eksternal.

• Melaksanakan proses administrasi internal departemen.
