Asuransi Astra sedang mencari IT Infrastructure Engineer untuk merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan memelihara infrastruktur TI perusahaan yang aman dan andal. Posisi ini berada di Jakarta Selatan, kerja on-site, penuh waktu, dengan fokus pada kinerja jaringan, virtualisasi, dan platform cloud.

Peran melibatkan analisis kebutuhan klien serta kolaborasi dengan tim IT lintas fungsi.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang terkait (Ilmu Komputer/Teknologi Informasi/ Teknik).
• Berorientasi detail, inisiatif tinggi, dan bisa bekerja mandiri maupun dalam tim.
• Komunikasi dan kolaborasi lintas tim IT untuk infrastruktur.

Responsibilities

• Merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan memelihara infrastruktur TI organisasi.
• Menjaga keamanan, kinerja, dan ketersediaan sistem sambil menyelesaikan masalah teknis.
• Memahami kebutuhan klien untuk aplikasi atau fitur baru.
• Berkolaborasi dengan Departemen IT untuk mengoptimalkan infrastruktur, upgrade, dan mendukung operasi bisnis.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining an organization's IT infrastructure
• Ensures system security, performance, and availability while troubleshooting technical issues. Requires expertise in networking, virtualization, cloud platforms, and IT security.
• Understanding client's needs & requirements for new application or features
• Collaborate with other IT Department to optimize infrastructure, manage upgrades, and support business operations.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering major)
• Passionate, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Detail oriented
• Able to work independently or as a team
