Job summary

The Senior Finance Executive (Indonesia Operations) will manage accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and finance operations for the Indonesia entity. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
• 5+ years in accounting/finance, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong PSAK and Indonesian tax regulation knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with full-set accounting and group reporting.
• ERP systems familiarity (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics/NetSuite).

Responsibilities

Job description

The Senior Finance Executive (Indonesia Operations) is responsible for managing the accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and finance operations of the Indonesia entity. The role ensures timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations, and the submission of monthly reporting packages to the Singapore Headquarters. This role serves as the primary finance contact for the Indonesia entity, working closely with the Singapore Headquarters to support financial reporting, statutory compliance, operational finance matters, and regional finance initiatives. In addition to finance responsibilities, the role also provides support for local human resources and office administration to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Indonesia office.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records in accordance with Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and Group accounting policies
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities
• Prepare monthly management accounts, statutory financial statements, and supporting schedules
• Prepare and submit monthly closing packages to the Singapore Headquarters in accordance with the Group reporting timetable
• Prepare and submit all Indonesian statutory tax filings, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, and other applicable tax returns
• Prepare and maintain Transfer Pricing documentation and related-party transaction schedules in accordance with Indonesian regulations and Group policies
• Support the implementation and maintenance of internal control policies and finance procedures
• Coordinate monthly payroll with external payroll service providers
• Serve as the primary finance contact for the Indonesia entity and maintain effective communication with the Singapore Headquarters and Regional Finance team
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, company secretary, corporate service providers, and government authorities

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, preferably in a multinational company
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK), Indonesian tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements
• Hands-on experience in full-set accounting, monthly financial closing, and Group reporting
• Experience in Transfer Pricing documentation and related-party transactions is preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Microsoft Business Central, or equivalent) is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight reporting deadlines
