Qualifications

• Must have a strong foundation in accounting and finance operations.
• Proven ability to unveil FP&A insights for strategic decisions.
• Experience leading finance teams and building processes from scratch.
• Hands-on leader who can dive into data and root causes when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Finance functions including Accounting, Tax, Finance Operations, and FP&A.
• Assess current finance infrastructure and design stronger SOPs, governance, and systems.
• Lead by example, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and upskill the team.
• Provide actionable FP&A insights bridging finance and commercial operations.
• Create governance for indirect finance operation teams ensuring compliance.
