• Create governance for indirect finance operation teams ensuring compliance.

Job description

We are looking for a Head of Finance to be the strategic right-hand to our CEO. This is an exciting growth phase role, which means you will encounter ambiguity, evolving processes, and white space. We need a leader with a strong accounting core who is just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves to untangle data and build processes from scratch as they are presenting strategic FP&A insights to the board.

Key responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end Finance functions, including Accounting, Tax, Finance Operations (AR, AP, Treasury), and FP&A

Assess the current finance infrastructure and proactively design, build, and implement stronger SOPs, governance, and systems across all business units

Lead by example, diving deep into technical details when necessary, troubleshooting operational bottlenecks, and upskilling the current team to elevate their capabilities

Utilize strong accounting fundamentals to transition into deeper FP&A initiatives, providing actionable business insights and bridging the gap between finance and commercial operations

Create and enforce governance for indirect finance operation teams, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the board

About you

Currently a high-performing Finance Manager or Senior Finance Manager ready to step up into a Head of Finance role

Possess a rock-solid foundation in Accounting and Finance Operations

Highly hands-on, willing to get into the weeds, and find joy in building things from the ground up

Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail (Health & Beauty), or Clinic Operations is highly preferred

High learning agility, innate business curiosity, and a strong desire to master advanced FP&A and strategic business analysis

Remain effective and level-headed even when processes or systems are not yet perfect
