Job summary

Leading Consulting Services Company in Tangerang, Indonesia, is seeking a Financial Controller to support growth and governance. You will oversee end-to-end finance, accounting, tax, treasury, and reporting, partnering with management to drive strategic decisions.

The role focuses on strengthening policies, SOPs, and controls, leading a lean finance team, liaising with auditors and banks, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements in a fast-growing consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting and tax.
• Background as ex-auditor from reputable audit firm with exposure beyond pure audit.
• Experience in Consulting, Professional Services, or Service-based Companies preferred.
• Strong understanding of statutory reporting, tax, treasury, and management reporting.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead statutory financial accounting, tax management, treasury, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve finance policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
• Act as finance business partner to management, supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Manage and develop a lean finance team; build strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Liaise with external parties (auditors, tax consultants, banks) and, when required, support client-related finance matters.
