Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor-level degree in finance, accounting, HR, or business admin.
• Strong written and spoken English; able to communicate clearly.
• Comfortable building trackers and recurring reports with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll, invoices, bookkeeping, and general financial trackers.
• Reconcile day-to-day transactions and update reports for management.
• Support cross-border finance operations and billing processes.
• Maintain payroll, invoice, and onboarding status trackers.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams in English on tasks and escalations.
