Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku is seeking a People Operations Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and workplace services in Indonesia. The role offers exposure to employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, and financial/HR data tasks, with hands-on learning under the People Experience team.

The internship is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented student or recent graduate in Accounting or Finance, equipped with MS Excel skills and a willingness to work under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Final year student or fresh graduate in Accounting or Finance.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with basic formulas (SUM, IF, VLOOKUP).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work with large volumes of data.
• Willing to learn and meet tight deadlines, especially during audit and tax reporting periods.

We are looking for a People Operations Intern to support our day-to-day HR operations and workplace services. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a smooth employee experience.

You will work closely with the People Experience team and gain hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, and workplace management.

What You Will Do

• Assist in data entry and validation
• Support monthly closing activities
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the finance team
• Assist in preparing audit schedules
• Assist in preparation of tax reporting data
• Perform account payable

What We Are Looking For

• Final year student or Fresh graduate in Accounting or Finance
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formula, Sum, IF, Vlookup)
• Strong attention to detail and good level of accuracy
• Able to work with large volumes of data
• Willing to learn and able to work under tight deadlines, especially during audit and tax reporting periods and perform basic reconciliation
