Job summary

PT. PACIFIC INTERNATIONAL LINES INDONESIA in Jakarta, Indonesia invites a Finance Executive to support AR/AP, billing, reconciliation, treasury, and reporting. The role collaborates with vendors, customers, banks, and internal teams to ensure accurate financial processes.

Required are 2–3 years in finance, a relevant degree, strong Excel and ERP skills, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. This full-time on-site position offers growth within PIL’s global shipping network.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, accounts payable/receivable, or treasury.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/finance systems.
• Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable & Billing: prepare invoices, monitor overdue payments, ensure billing accuracy.
• Treasury & Bank Transactions: monitor balances, process transfers, coordinate with banks.
• System & Administrative Support: update data in the system, support process improvements, assist finance admin tasks.
