Job summary

PT Port Avant Logistics is seeking an attentive accounting/finance administrator in Indonesia. You will support bank reconciliations, accruals, and financial records while handling AP/AR documentation, invoices, and billing. The role includes tax document preparation and using e-SPT, e-Faktur, and Coretax to ensure accurate records.

You will compile financial data, monitor budgets, and prepare weekly reports while maintaining organized documents and collaborating with the finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years in Finance, Accounting, or Administration (fresh grads welcome).
• Proficient in Excel and basic tax concepts (PPh 21, Unifikasi, PPN).
• Able to process invoices, billing, payments, and maintain documents with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations, accruals, and maintain financial records.
• Review supporting documents for accuracy and completeness of data.
• Handle AP/AR documentation and process invoices, payments, and billing.
• Prepare weekly financial reports and administrative summaries.
• Maintain tax paperwork and data entry for e-SPT, e-Faktur, Coretax.
