Qualifications

Job description

Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely payment.

Verify invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents before payment processing.

Manage vendor account reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies.

Prepare payment schedules and coordinate with the Finance team.

Record accounting transactions and prepare journal entries accurately.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to AP.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.

Utilize Odoo ERP to manage AP transactions and financial records.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.

Strong understanding of invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation.

Experience in preparing journal entries, posting accounting transactions, reconciling account balances, and supporting month-end closing.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Experience using Odoo ERP is preferred.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.
