• Professional accounting/tax certification is a plus.
• Experience in Chinese-invested or foreign company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, expense reimbursement, and daily bookkeeping.
• Handle tax invoicing, tax filing, tax payments, and local financial and tax compliance.
• Prepare cash-flow and funding plans and monitor the company's financial position.
• Review and control incoming and outgoing payments.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Coordinate with Group headquarters on financial reporting, audit matters, and other finance-related requirements.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and management to the finance team where applicable.

The company provides one-stop construction services from planning and design through project completion and acceptance. Its business activities include decoration and renovation, electromechanical installation, steel structure works, waterproofing, flooring, and secondary structure works. The company has more than 30 Chinese management personnel and over 1,100 workers in Indonesia.

Job Description

The Senior Finance Manager will take overall responsibility for the company's finance and accounting operations in Indonesia, including accounting, tax compliance, cash-flow management, financial reporting, budgeting, and coordination with external financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for the accounting operations of the Indonesian company.

Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, expense reimbursement, and daily bookkeeping.

Handle tax invoicing, tax filing, tax payments, and local financial and tax compliance.

Prepare cash-flow and funding plans and monitor the company's financial position.

Review and control incoming and outgoing payments.

Manage company bank accounts and monitor cash-flow activities.

Prepare financial statements and management reports.

Conduct cost and expense analysis.

Support budget preparation, implementation, and budget control.

Liaise with local tax authorities, auditors, banks, and other external institutions.

Coordinate with Group headquarters on financial reporting, audit matters, and other finance-related requirements.

Provide day-to-day guidance and management to the finance team where applicable.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.

3+ years of relevant finance experience.

Experience in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian PSAK and tax compliance.

Good understanding of Indonesian tax policies.

Able to independently handle local finance and tax matters.

Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.

Strong professional ethics, attention to detail, and risk awareness.

Accounting or tax-related professional certification is an advantage.

Experience in a Chinese-invested or foreign company is preferred.
