Job Description

• Verify incoming invoices,
• Monitor due dates for accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR),
• Reconcile bank and petty cash transactions,
• Post journal entries for bank and petty cash transactions,
• Compile hard copies of documents containing tax invoices,
• Conducting inventory counts,
• Accurately calculating the amount of income tax (PPh) and value-added tax (PPN) payable by the company,
• Issuing tax invoices based on sales invoices,
• Collecting PPh 23 withholding tax certificates from customers

Job Requirement

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Financial Management, or Taxation,
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position,
• Understanding of the complete accounting cycle (journals, general ledger, financial statements),
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, and the Accurate system,
• High attention to detail and discipline in managing financial data,
• Strong data and numerical analysis skills,
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
