Job summary

Winsee Optik in Indonesia seeks a Finance & Accounting Supervisor/Manager to oversee all F&A operations, ensuring accurate financial statements, cash flow reports, and tax compliance. You will manage supplier payments, payroll, budgeting, and financial analysis, while leading a team across branches.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 3–5 years in a supervisory role, strong Excel skills, and solid knowledge of VAT, income tax, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years as Finance & Accounting supervisor/manager.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of corporate taxation: VAT (PPN), Income Tax (PPh), e-Faktur, e-Bupot, Coretax, and tax reporting requirements.
• Experience in payroll processing and employee bonus calculations.
• Proficient in cash and bank management, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's overall Finance & Accounting operations in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
• Prepare and oversee financial statements and cash flow reports while ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions.
• Manage operational payments, including supplier invoices, rental payments, and other company obligations.
• Supervise payroll processing and employee bonus calculations, ensuring salaries and bonuses are paid accurately and on time.
• Monitor expenses across all branches and ensure expenditures align with approved budgets.
• Analyze sales revenue, capital utilization, and overall financial performance to support strategic business decisions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor company budgets to ensure effective use of financial resources.
• Oversee corporate tax administration and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Coordinate corporate licensing and regulatory compliance processes, including NIB registration, tax administration, and permits.
