PT Indo Partners Plantation Services is seeking an accounting professional to assist the statutory team with audit fieldwork, from interim to final, and to prepare data for audits, actuarial and appraisal support. You will ensure PSAK/IFRS compliance, support bookkeeping tasks, and keep up with new standards.
Monthly SFRM and BSC reporting and investor reports are part of the role. You will also help with budgeting, due diligence, corporate restructuring, and other compliance reporting while
Assisting the statutory team to arrange audit fieldwork from interim until final fieldwork,
Ensure in the follow-up data that must prepare for audit, actuarial and appraisal support, follow-up pending items need to settle.
Check the audit report that has been sent by the auditor (review, check the adjustment, disclosure report, tie up the report, check the wording until the report ready to release).
Ensure all reports compliance with PSAK and IFRS and also timely completion.
Assisting Finance/Accounting team to solve the problems in terms of bookkeeping records.
Keep up to date with new accounting standards, regulatory changes and reporting requirements.
Monthly SFRM & BSC reporting and report for investors
Support on budgeting process
Adhoc due diligence and other corporate restructuring
Other compliance reporting if any
You will demonstrate the following requirements:
Bachelor degree in Accounting, with min. 2-3 years experience in relevant role. Preferably from Public Accounting Firm (KAP) and handle palm oil plantation clients.
Strong understanding of financial accounting reporting.
Showing excellent personal qualities such as continuous learning, persistence, curiosity and agility
Proven Excellent analytical skills, critical, problem – solving and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with Microsoft office (excel, word, power point).
Attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills
Confidentiality and integrity
Willing to travel to Kalimantan and Sumatera at least 2 times per year.
