Job summary

Timedoor is a Bali-based IT company seeking a proactive Assistant Accounting Manager to join our Finance & Accounting team in Denpasar.

You will record daily transactions, prepare monthly and annual reports, manage petty cash, process vendor invoices, and handle tax calculations under PSAK compliance.

A Diploma or Bachelor's in accounting with 1 year of experience, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and familiarity with accounting software is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, and experienced with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal, SAP, or similar).
• Solid understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and Indonesian taxation.
• Brevet Tax Certification is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, highly accurate with numbers, and accountable.
• Willing to work on-site in Denpasar, Bali.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and prepare monthly and annual financial reports, including the Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
• Manage petty cash and daily cash flow, and process vendor invoice payments.
• Prepare and issue invoices to students' parents.
• Handle tax calculations and reporting, including Withholding Tax (PPh), Value Added Tax (PPN), and e-Faktur, while maintaining accurate and organized financial documentation.
