Job summary

Tropically Group Bali is seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Supervisor to strengthen the finance team and build a structured, accurate operation. You will oversee daily accounting, ensure timely recording, and supervise the finance staff.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of AP/AR, cash flow, and internal controls, plus hospitality/real estate experience. You will provide management with reliable financial information and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 4–5 years in Accounting/Finance with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with AP/AR, bank rec, cash flow, and month-end close.
• Proven ability to mentor staff and enforce controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting and finance activities and timely recording.
• Supervise the Finance team and ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain internal controls and proper approval processes.
• Coordinate tax matters and liaise with external professionals.
• Provide management with accurate financial information for decision making.
