Job summary

CV Lestari Properti Bali is seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting professional to join our Bali hospitality operation. You will manage day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accurate records, timely reporting, and proper documentation in line with company procedures and regulations.

You will handle AP/AR, payroll support, tax documentation, and bank reconciliations, contributing to smooth villa management and growth in Bali.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant hospitality, hotel, villa, or property management experience.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian taxation.
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including AP, AR, petty cash, and bank transactions.
• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Prepare and monitor invoices, payment requests, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Assist with payroll and staff-related financial administration.
• Assist in preparing and submitting tax-related documents, including PPh and other applicable taxes.
• Monitor cash flow and operational expenses.
• Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records and supporting documents.
