Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
• Experience as Accounts Clerk/Officer in hospitality, recreation or service sector preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and common accounting software; strong numeric ability.

Responsibilities

• Record and post daily financial transactions (invoices, receipts, expenses).
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts for accuracy.
• Process accounts payable and receivable timely.
• Maintain general ledger and subsidiary records.
• Assist with monthly financial statements and reports.
• Support data entry and administrative tasks in accounts.
• Ensure filing and document control per procedures.
