Job summary

Timedoor, a Bali-based IT company, is seeking an Accounting staff to support daily accounting tasks and administrative duties in a busy finance team.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in accounting or related field, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and strong Excel skills. You’ll organize records, assist with month-end tasks, and liaise with vendors as needed to ensure accurate financial data.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in a basic accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support role.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (ability to use standard formulas).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn and support team goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Accounting Manager with daily accounting tasks and administrative duties.
• Perform basic bookkeeping, including data entry of daily financial transactions into the accounting system.
• Organize and maintain financial records, invoices, receipts, and other important documentation.
• Support the processing of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) by preparing necessary documents and schedules.
• Help gather and compile data required for month-end closing and preliminary financial reports.
• Coordinate with other departments or vendors to collect financial data or resolve minor discrepancies on behalf of the Accounting Manager.
• Handle general office tasks for the finance department, such as filing, email correspondence, and schedule management.
