TRR Account Service in Jimbaran, Bali, seeks a Senior Accounting & Tax Specialist to lead and mentor the accounting and tax team on client portfolios, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, reporting, and tax compliance. You will coordinate audits and liaise with government authorities.

The role requires Brevet A & B, English fluency, and Bali-based or relocation readiness, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive excellence in financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting and taxation, especially corporate tax compliance and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Brevet A & B certification is required; Brevet C is an advantage.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates who are currently based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior and middle Accounting & Tax team members.
• Building a strong team, responsible for:
• Accounting, finance, and tax services for a portfolio of clients, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
• Prepare, review, and submit monthly and annual tax returns in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date accounting records.
• Coordinate and assist with tax audits, financial audits, and other statutory reporting requirements. Represent clients in government departments. Handle negotiations.
• Liaise with the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP), government authorities, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
