Job summary

Timedoor is a Bali-based IT company seeking a proactive Assistant Accounting Manager to join our Finance & Accounting team in Denpasar.

You will record daily transactions, prepare monthly and annual reports, manage petty cash, process vendor invoices, and handle tax calculations under PSAK compliance.

A Diploma or Bachelor's in accounting with 1 year of experience, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and familiarity with accounting software is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, and experienced with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal, SAP, or similar).
• Solid understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and Indonesian taxation.
• Brevet Tax Certification is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, highly accurate with numbers, and accountable.
• Willing to work on-site in Denpasar, Bali.

Record daily financial transactions and prepare monthly and annual financial reports, including the Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.

Manage petty cash and daily cash flow, and process vendor invoice payments.

Prepare and issue invoices to students' parents.

Handle tax calculations and reporting, including Withholding Tax (PPh), Value Added Tax (PPN), and e-Faktur, while maintaining accurate and organized financial documentation.
