Job summary

PT Asia Premier Jaya Food seeks a Finance Accounting & HR Manager to lead the F&A and HR functions, ensuring they operate efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with strategic goals. You will act as a trusted advisor to Management and the Board on financial, tax, and people matters, while building capable teams.

You will oversee accounting activities, deliver accurate financial reporting, manage reconciliations, and drive tax matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Business level English proficiency.
• Minimum 3 years as Finance Accounting Manager or similar role.
• Strong accounting, taxation, and policy knowledge with hands-on practice.
• Proven leadership across multiple functions.

Finance Accounting & HR Manager role leading the Finance Accounting and Human Resources functions, ensuring both operate effectively, efficiently, and in full compliance.

Key responsibilities

Lead the Finance Accounting and Human Resources functions, ensuring both operate effectively, efficiently, and in full compliance.

Serve as a trusted advisor to Management and the Board on financial, tax, organizational, and people matters.

Build and develop both teams through setting objectives, managing performance, and ensuring the right capabilities are in place.

Oversee all accounting and financial activities, including financial reporting, account reconciliation, and tax matters.

Deliver accurate, complete, and timely financial reports, and ensure Management has the information it needs to make decisions.

Drive resolution of outstanding accounting issues and reconciliation items.

Oversee the full HR cycle: recruitment, employee development, performance management, and employee relations.

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that support both business needs and legal requirements.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and internal controls across Accounting, Tax, and HR.

Manage relationships with regulators, auditors, and other external stakeholders.

About you

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

Business level of English proficiency.

Minimum 3 years of working experience as as Finance Accounting Manager, handling Finance Accounting Tax, HR or Legal policies

Solid technical foundation in Accounting and Taxation, with hands-on experience and relevant professional certification.

Proven leadership capability, with experience managing and developing teams across more than one function.
