Job description

• Possess own motorcycle with valid license.
• Sound knowledge of local areas.
• Conduct Field visits to locate customers.
• Constantly update information from field visits.
• Establish good rapport between customers and the Company.
• Furnish Daily Reports to Management.
• Visit customers to deliver statement.
• Trace delinquent customer to new address.
• Prepare visit report/remark on the same day.
• Required to provide information or observation gathered during the day.
• To fully abide with the governing laws and policy of the Malaysian Government and Bank Negara Malaysia especially on the following:
  • The Financial Services Act 2013 (FSA) - BNM
  • Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 (IFSA) – BNM
  • Personal Data Protection Act 2010 - BNM
  • Prohibited Business Conduct (Issued NOV 2014) – BNM.
  • Fair Debt Collection Practices.
  • Any other related Malaysian laws, regulations, policies, etc.
