Job summary

Chain in Indonesia is seeking a field operations assistant who can conduct on-site customer visits, establish rapport with clients, deliver daily reports, and maintain up-to-date information from the field. You must own a motorcycle with a valid license and have sound knowledge of local areas.

The role requires visiting customers to locate addresses, tracing delinquent customers, and preparing visit remarks on the same day, while complying with governing laws and company policies including data

• Conduct field visits to locate customers.
• Establish good rapport between customers and the company.
• Furnish daily reports to management.
• Visit customers to deliver statements.
• Trace delinquent customers to new addresses.
• Prepare visit reports/remarks on the same day.
• Provide information or observations gathered during the day.

Job description

• Constantly update information from field visits.
• Establish good rapport between customers and the Company.

• Required to provide information or observation gathered during the day.
• To fully abide with the governing laws and policy of the Malaysian Government and Bank Negara Malaysia especially on the following:
  • The Financial Services Act 2013 (FSA) - BNM
  • Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 (IFSA) – BNM
  • Personal Data Protection Act 2010 - BNM
  • Prohibited Business Conduct (Issued NOV 2014) – BNM.
  • Fair Debt Collection Practices.
  • Any other related Malaysian laws, regulations, policies, etc.
