Job summary

Sika AG is seeking a mobile Technical Engineer to support the VM Residential segment and Sika Pro Centers across Indonesia. The role requires a Civil Engineering background, hands-on field work with contractors and distributors, and strong product training capabilities.

You will conduct on-site technical support, execute training programs, and participate in product testing while driving quality improvements and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar technical role in construction chemicals or construction.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction materials and application methods.
• Willingness to travel across Indonesia and communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to customers and distributors.
• Deliver product training and introductions to Sika Systems and products.
• Conduct product testing and support QC modules for VM Residential and Sika Pro Centers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address field issues and improve processes.
