Job summary

PT Netciti Persada in Medan is seeking a Field Support to install, maintain, and troubleshoot internet services in the field. You will work with the NOC and Technical Support teams to ensure network quality and fast resolution of customer issues.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Computer Engineering or Telecommunication, basic FTTH/network knowledge, and willingness to be placed in Medan. Strong communication and adherence to SOPs and K3 standards are essential.
