Job summary

PT Netciti Persada is seeking a Field Support to install, configure, and maintain internet services in the Sidoarjo area. You will work closely with the NOC and Technical Support teams to ensure reliable field service and quick issue resolution.

The role requires a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Computer or Telecommunication Engineering, basic networking knowledge, and willingness to travel and be placed in Sidoarjo. Strong communication and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer networks and FTTH.
• Able to install and troubleshoot network equipment.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work in the field.
• Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain internet services in the field.
• Handle customer network issues and resolve them within the SLA.
• Check network quality and coordinate with the NOC and Technical Support teams.
• Prepare work reports, maintain work equipment, and follow SOPs.
• Provide professional and friendly service to ensure a great customer experience.
