Job summary

Jasnikom invites applications for a junior network support engineer to join our Jakarta team. The role focuses on delivering customer support for network and system services, and on setting up and analyzing NMS with PRTG and Zabbix.

You will configure and troubleshoot switching and routing across MikroTik and Cisco devices. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics/ Computer/ Network Engineering and have at least 1 year of experience in networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 1 year of networking experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP concepts.
• Experience with switching and routing devices.

At least 1 year of work experience in the networking field.

Solid understanding of TCP/IP concepts.

Knowledge of switching and routing.

Proficient in network devices such as MikroTik and Cisco.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
