Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMK/D3/S1 in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience as site supervisor/executor (preferably villa/residential projects).
• Able to read architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
• Understand BOQ and field work methods.
• Own motorcycle and willing to move between project locations in Umalas and Canggu.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field work (civil, structure, architecture, interior) and ensure compliance with working drawings, specifications, and BOQ
• Coordinate with contractors, foremen, workers, and MEP technicians
• Monitor quality, progress, and work schedule, and report progress to the office
• Inspect materials and work results before approval
• Assist with documentation of as-built conditions and changes in the field
