Job summary

SRG is seeking a disciplined Field Supervisor to oversee field construction activities in Bali. You will ensure compliance with drawings, specs, methods, and schedules while coordinating labor, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers. Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as Supervisor/Field Staff at a contractor company.
• Able to read work drawings and understand project specifications.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction work implementation in the field to ensure compliance with work drawings, specifications, methods and project schedules.
• Coordinate labour, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers in the work area.
• Ensure work is executed according to quality standards, K3, and project requirements.
• Monitor work progress and report developments to Project Manager/Site Manager.
• Ensure material, equipment, and labour usage aligns with project needs.
• Read and understand work drawings and coordinate when technical changes arise in the field.
• Identify and resolve field obstacles with the relevant team.
• Keep work areas organised, safe and compliant with safety standards.
• Prepare daily work reports and project progress documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, QC, HSE, foremen, subcontractors, and other parties
