Job summary

GEA Group in Jakarta seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial homogenizer systems across multiple industries. You will combine mechanical aptitude with process engineering knowledge to improve equipment performance and optimize production at customer sites.

The role includes on-site and remote technical support, operator training, and detailed service reporting while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or diploma in an engineering field is required.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
• Experience with industrial homogenizers or related equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, start-up, commission, and validate homogenizers and related equipment.
• Perform routine performance testing and ensure compliance with specs.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support and training.
• Prepare service reports and recommendations after visits.
• Support FAT/SAT, spare parts planning, and service contracts.
• Collaborate with customers to optimize processes and production efficiency.
