Atlas Copco Indonesia is hiring for the Chicago Pneumatic Tools Division to deliver professional product and software services at customer sites or workshops across Indonesia. You will diagnose performance issues, calibrate, test, and document service work.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in engineering service, IT/network/database knowledge (RavenDB a plus), and PLC literacy. We value flexibility, teamwork, and commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in engineering service environment (1+ year).
• IT, networking and databases knowledge; RavenDB is a plus.
• PLC literacy is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Provide full and professional product services at customer locations or workshops.
• Diagnose performance issues and take corrective actions for CPD products.
• Identify and source spare parts and consumables for service jobs.
• Calibrate, test, program and certify service work per procedures.
• Generate technical service reports and documentation.
