Chicago Pneumatic Tools Division (Atlas Copco Group) is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and software support for Chicago Pneumatic products at customer sites and workshops in Jakarta. You will focus on performance, safety, and quality while delivering excellent service.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering, 1 year of field experience, and strong IT/networking knowledge.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an engineering service environment.
Knowledge of IT, networking, and databases; RavenDB knowledge is a plus.
PLC knowledge is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently as well as within a team.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of products and software.
Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
Conduct calibration, testing, programming, and certification activities.
Prepare technical service reports and service documentation.
Manage spare parts, consumables, and service equipment.
Provide software debugging and troubleshooting support.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
Support audit requirements and identify potential technical or business risks.
