Job summary

Resilux Nv is seeking a hands-on Field Service Engineer to support customers across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on troubleshooting, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and comprehensive on-site service at plants and facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in mechanical/electrical/mechatronics or related engineering, 3+ years in field service, and experience with packaging and process equipment. Willingness to travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation or related engineering.
• 3+ years of field service, equipment maintenance, commissioning or technical support.
• Experience with packaging machinery, process equipment, rotating equipment, automation systems, compressors, pumps or industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, service and troubleshoot industrial machinery and equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, breakdown support, upgrades, and inspections.
• Work with customers, service teams, spare parts teams and regional technical experts.
• Prepare service reports, root cause findings and technical recommendations.
• Support equipment performance improvements and customer training.
• Travel regionally for site-based service assignments.

They are looking to connect with hands-on Field Service Engineers who enjoy troubleshooting, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and customer support across plant and manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, service, and troubleshoot industrial machinery and equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, breakdown support, upgrades, and technical inspections.
• Work closely with customers, service teams, spare parts teams, and regional technical experts.
• Prepare service reports, root cause findings, and technical recommendations.

• Travel regionally when required for site-based service assignments.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in field service, equipment maintenance, commissioning, or technical support.
• Experience with packaging machinery, process equipment, rotating equipment, automation systems, compressors, pumps, or industrial machinery.
• Strong hands‑on troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working at customer sites and travelling within Southeast Asia.
