Job summary

INL International Technology PTE LTD is seeking an On-site After-Sales Service & Installation Engineer to lead installation, commissioning, acceptance, and maintenance of ground logistics and automation equipment across projects. You will coordinate with overseas customers and our Head Office, and handle technical issues on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related technical disciplines.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; able to conduct on-site communication with overseas project teams.
• Willing to undertake global assignments and frequent/long-term overseas travel, mainly in SE Asia and SA.
• Adaptable, hardworking, hands-on and practical.
• Strong problem-solving skills and good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• On-site installation, commissioning, acceptance, and after-sales maintenance of ground logistics and automation equipment.
• On-site technical coordination, troubleshooting, commissioning, and corrective actions for overseas projects.
• Independently handle installation, maintenance, and technical support at overseas project sites.
• Coordinate with overseas customers and Head Office on technical matters.
• Project delivery follow-up and preparation, organization, and filing of project handover documentation.

After-Sales Service & Installation Engineer

Responsible for the on-site installation, commissioning, acceptance, and after-sales maintenance of the Company's ground logistics and automation equipment, including automated transfer systems (AGVs and RGV shuttle vehicles), conveyor and sorting systems (roller conveyors, belt conveyors, and telescopic loading/unloading machines), and automated equipment (robotic arms, automated warehouse stacker cranes, etc.), ensuring stable project delivery and reliable equipment operation.

Key responsibilities

• On-site installation, commissioning, acceptance, and after-sales maintenance of ground logistics and automation equipment
• On-site technical coordination, troubleshooting, commissioning, and corrective actions for overseas projects
• Independently handle installation, maintenance, and technical support activities at overseas project sites
• Coordinate with overseas customers and the Company's Head Office on technical matters
• Project delivery follow-up and preparation, organization, and filing of project handover documentation

About you

• Diploma or degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or other related technical disciplines
• Fluent in both spoken Chinese (MUST) and English (MUST), with the ability to independently conduct effective on-site communication, technical coordination, and customer discussions in overseas project environments
• Willing to undertake global assignments and frequent or long-term overseas business travel, primarily in Southeast Asia and South Asia
• Adaptable to overseas working environments, hardworking, hands-on and practical
• Strong independent problem-solving skills and good teamwork and communication abilities
