Job summary

Resilux Nv is seeking a Packaging Equipment Service Engineer – Regional (APAC) to act as the technical authority across APAC sites, troubleshooting aseptic filling lines and driving continuous improvement. This field-facing, individual contributor role requires deep hands-on experience and the ability to manage equipment across multiple co-manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience servicing and operating aseptic filling lines.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic carton filling equipment and cap applicator systems.
• Background as a Field Service Engineer or Technical Service Engineer in beverage/liquid foods.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across sites and cultures.
• Willingness to travel regionally across APAC.
• Preferred to be based in Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, or Malaysia.

Job Details

Are you a hands-on packaging equipment engineer with deep experience servicing and troubleshooting aseptic filling lines?We are partnering with a leading player in the Food Specialties and Functional Beverage space to find a technically strong engineer who can support and elevate manufacturing operations across their APAC co-manufacturing network.

The Role

• This is a field-facing, individual contributor role with significant regional impact. You will be the technical authority on the ground — troubleshooting filling line issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting new product launches, and ensuring manufacturing excellence across multiple sites in the region.
• Based in your home country. Approximately 50% travel across APAC.

Job Requirements

• Hands-on experience servicing and operating aseptic filling lines
• Strong knowledge of aseptic carton filling equipment and cap applicator systems
• Background as a Field Service Engineer or Technical Service Engineer and experience in beverage or liquid food manufacturing environments will be a huge plus
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
• Ability to independently drive projects and manage multiple stakeholders across different sites and cultures
• Comfortable with regional travel across APAC
• Can be based in Singapore or Philippines / Indonesia / Vietnam / Thailand, or Malaysia (preferred)
