Job summary

GEA Germany GmbH in Medan seeks a Service Engineer to deliver on-site technical service for separators, decanters, and homogenizers, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and commissioning. You will work at customer sites across Sumatra.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of field service experience in industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, including rotating equipment.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Sumatra and other regions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation issues on industrial equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and support commissioning/start-up.
• Provide on-site training and technical consultation to customers.
• Document service reports and manage spare parts requirements.
