Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform pre-installation, installation and preventative maintenance of diagnostic instruments. You will troubleshoot issues and conduct root-cause analyses to resolve customer problems.

You will manage spare parts inventory with accuracy, document all service activities in the system, and communicate clearly in English. A degree in Electrical or Biomedical Engineering and at least 1 year of field service experience in an IVD

Qualifications

• Graduate with D3/D4/S1 in Electrical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering or relevant major.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Field Service Engineer in an IVD company.
• Result-oriented, fast-paced, and driven to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Good communication in English, both verbal and written.

• Execute pre-installation, installation, and preventative maintenance of diagnostic instruments
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints through troubleshooting and root cause analysis
