Job summary

PT Tempindo Jasatama (Divisi Jakarta Temp) is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in Surabaya to support our Customer Support team.

You will perform pre-installation inspections, installations, and preventative maintenance of diagnostic instruments and analytical systems, and troubleshoot customer issues to identify root causes. You will also manage spare parts inventory and document all service activities in the system.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Field Service Engineer in an IVD company.

Responsibilities

• Execute timely pre-installation inspections, installations, and preventative maintenance of diagnostic instruments and analytical systems.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and technical inquiries through troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Manage spare parts inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Document and report all service activities in the system.
