Job summary

Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited is seeking a Service Engineer to support on-site installation, commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance for Delta power solutions, including UPS, rectifier and battery systems. You will diagnose faults, perform testing, and provide technical guidance to customers.

Travel across Indonesia to customer sites, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality field service with focus on reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• PM/CM on UPS, Rectifier, Battery Systems and related power equipment.
• Installation, testing, commissioning and start-up at customer sites.
• Read electrical/wiring diagrams and operate testing instruments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; time management and customer service.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively; willingness to travel across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on UPS, Rectifier, Battery Systems, and related power equipment.
• Carry out installation, testing, commissioning, and start-up activities at customer sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and control system faults.
• Respond to emergency service calls and restore equipment operation within agreed service response times.
• Prepare detailed service reports and technical documentation after each visit.
• Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and customers for smooth service execution.
