Job summary

Schneider Electric in Jakarta Selatan seeks an Engineer II to design and deliver UPS solutions for mission-critical facilities. You will support pre-sales, prepare technical proposals, and coordinate with sales, engineering, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Applicants should have a strong background in UPS technology, battery systems (Li-ion and VRLA), and power distribution, with emphasis on data centers and reliability. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UPS systems or critical power infrastructure.
• Experience in solution design, application engineering, or technical sales support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop UPS solutions based on customer requirements.
• Perform load calculations, capacity sizing, and system architecture design.
• Design UPS systems including N, N+1, and 2N redundancy configurations.
