Job summary

PT Gunung Sawo mengundang kandidat Energi Elektrik berpengalaman untuk bergabung sebagai teknisi pemeliharaan. Peran ini fokus pada keandalan UPS, baterai, dan PAC, dengan tugas inspeksi berkala, pemeliharaan preventif, dan pemecahan masalah di fasilitas data center/teknologi.

Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan membaca diagram wiring, keselamatan kerja (K3), serta kesiapan shift, standby, dan perjalanan ke lokasi proyek. Sertifikasi K3 atau HVAC akan menjadi nilai tambah bagi pelamar.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience handling UPS and/or PAC systems in data centers, telecoms, hospitals, or critical facilities.
• Understanding of UPS components: rectifiers, inverters, bypasses, battery banks, ATS, grounding, and distribution panels.
• Understanding of PAC/precision HVAC systems: temperature/humidity control, refrigerants, compressors, evaporators, condensers, CRAC/CRAH units.
• Capable of installation, commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in reading wiring diagrams and single-line diagrams.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards (K3) and safe work procedures.
• Willing to work shifts, standby/on-call, and travel to project sites.
• Communicative and detail-oriented; able to prepare work reports and coordinate with vendors/clients.
• Certifications in K3, HVAC/refrigeration, or specific product certifications are an advantage.

Job description

PT Gunung Sawo was incorporated in 1990. The main sector of our business is Electronic Systems, including :

• Data Center Infrastructure (EMS, BMS,PAC, Smart Rack, UPS, Containment, Container)
• Structured Cabling System (Copper & Fiber Optic, End to End Solution)

Since we are growth, we are appointed as Authorized Distributor/ Agent for Indonesia Areas for France, Switzerland, Spain, USA, Turkey, and China.

Maintain the reliability of UPS, battery, and PAC systems to ensure continuous facility operations. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting/repairs. Handle alarms, conduct root cause analysis, and elevate issues to vendors when necessary. Prepare service reports, checklists, and repair recommendations. Support the installation and commissioning of new units.

Key responsibilities

Qualification

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field

At least 2 years of experience handling UPS and/or PAC (Precision Air Conditioner) systems, ideally in data centers, telecommunications, hospitals, or critical facilities

Understanding of UPS systems: rectifiers, inverters, bypasses, battery banks, ATS, grounding, and distribution panels

Understanding of PAC/precision HVAC systems: temperature/humidity control, refrigerants, compressors, evaporators, condensers, and CRAC/CRAH units

Capable of performing installation, commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting

Proficient in reading wiring diagrams, single-line diagrams, and technical manuals

Knowledgeable regarding electrical safety (K3) standards and safe work procedures

Willing to work shifts, remain on standby/on-call, and travel to project sites

Communicative and detail-oriented; capable of preparing work reports and coordinating with vendors/clients

Certifications in K3 (Occupational Health & Safety), HVAC/refrigeration, or specific product certifications (Schneider, Vertiv, Eaton, STULZ) are an advantage
