Indodana is seeking a Field Sales Leader in Samarinda (Kalimantan Timur) to drive sales targets across the assigned area. You will visit merchants daily, cultivate strong relationships with store PICs, and ensure programs and promotions run smoothly to meet targets.

You will supervise 15-20 promoters, monitor daily activities, and lead field training to keep the team sharp and aligned with company goals. Proactive communication with partner teams is essential.

Competenze

• Must have at least Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required.
• Strong leadership, able to manage a team and area, good communication and marketing skills with social media.
• Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) with background in Sales - Financial Services or equivalent.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.
• Able to work shifting.

Mansioni

• Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area.
• Daily visits to merchants and build good relationships with PIC stores.
• Ensure programs in the area run well and sales targets are met.
• Ensure placement of POP material promotions in stores.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain sales, competitor, and field issue information.
• Handle around 15-20 sales promoters.
• Monitor daily activities of promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refresher training for promoters.
