Job summary

PT Indodana Multi Finance in Semarang seeks a Sales Team Leader to drive area targets through hands-on supervision of Promoters. You will visit merchants daily and build strong relationships with store PICs, coordinating with partner teams to monitor sales data and market activity.

You will lead 15-20 Promoters, oversee daily activities, and conduct field training to ensure programs and targets are met. Shift work is required; local market knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma acceptable.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in related field.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage a team and area, and good communication.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel; comfortable with social media marketing.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
• Daily visits to merchants and build strong relationships with store PICs.
• Ensure programs in the area run smoothly and targets are met.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams to obtain sales, competitor, and field data.
• Oversee 15-20 Sales Promoters and monitor their daily activities.
• Conduct field training and refresher sessions for Promoters.
